Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Questionriver Septic wants questionriver.homes to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make this site usable for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with good color contrast
- Allow the whole site to be used with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not yet fully meet these standards. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to reach a provider, or email contact@questionriver.homes and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Think
We welcome feedback on how accessible this site is. Email contact@questionriver.homes and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
Request a callback
Tell us what you are seeing at home. Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request and a local provider will follow up with next steps.
