Referral Marketing Disclosure
Last updated: October 2026
You deserve to know how Questionriver Septic works and how it earns money. This disclosure lays out our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What Questionriver Septic Does
Questionriver Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not do septic tank pumping, septic system or drain field repair, sewer line repair or any other plumbing work.
When you phone the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with plumbing and septic providers in your area.
How We Get Paid
Questionriver Septic may be paid by providers or marketing partners for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Payment can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.
This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.
Providers Stand on Their Own
Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Questionriver Septic. Each provider alone is responsible for:
- Its quotes, pricing and terms
- The quality and timing of its work
- Its licenses, insurance, permits and certifications
- How it communicates and behaves with you
Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse its work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.
The Decision Is Yours
You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check licenses, request a written quote and compare other quotes before you decide.
Recorded Calls
Calls placed through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
