Questionriver Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you reach are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its quotes, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct providers. We make no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest checking their credentials, asking for proof of license and insurance, and getting a written quote.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you place a call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@questionriver.homes.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this site belong to Questionriver Septic or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Questionriver Septic is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.
