How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Questionriver Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Want to Hear About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Questionriver Septic
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Questionriver Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@questionriver.homes and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
